Beyond the four written commitments on our homepage, the GalaVoyages Partner Program documents the operational, commercial, and marketing benefits extended to licensed tour operators working with us at volume.
Our four core commitments apply to every operator we work with — pre-qualified or not. The benefits on this page are extended commitments activated as partnership matures: volume, lead time, and operational continuity.
Crisis Protection Umbrella
Every operated group is covered by a master insurance policy held at GalaVoyages level — not separately invoiced to the operator or passenger.

Volume Rebate Program
Annual rebate calculated on cumulative pax operated. Paid at year-end as either cash settlement or credit toward next-year operations.

Early Booking Incentive
Lead time discount applied at confirmation. We block capacity earlier, you secure better rate.

Familiarization (FAM) Trips
Annual sales team familiarization for partner operators — at significant cost share against retail rates.

- ◆ 4–5 person sales / operations team per trip
- ◆ 5–6 day GalaVoyages programme (any destination in our portfolio)
- ◆ Partner cost-share: €300–500 per person (vs €1,000+ retail equivalent)
- ◆ Subject to seasonal availability and minimum commitment of 200 pax/year
Marketing Support Library
Co-branded marketing assets available to partners via the Partner Portal (Q3 2026).
