These terms govern the B2B relationship between GalaVoyages DMC (operated by Elize Travel Turizm, TÜRSAB A #10436) and licensed tour operators using our ground operation services.
GalaVoyages DMC provides destination management services including accommodation, transportation, guided tours, MICE event coordination, and related services across Morocco, Tunisia, Türkiye, the Balkans, and Europe.
Indicative quotes provided through our website are non-binding estimates. Binding quotations are issued in writing by our operations team within 2 business hours of receiving a complete brief.
GalaVoyages DMC commits in writing never to contact, solicit, or engage with the end-clients of our partner operators. This commitment is absolute and forms part of every service agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
